Mr. Bulkov has over 25 years of experience managing coal mining and processing companies at both operational and strategic levels. Since 2020 he has been managing the Exim Artis Group of companies. Mr. Bulkov holds degrees in in Mining Engineering and Management from Karaganda State Technical University.
